Robert Felt is a Syracuse, NY native who has been on the reptile scene for over 20 years. Growing up, he readily took to the exotic animal lifestyle with the guidance of his older cousin and a friendly pet shop owner.  He became fascinated with reptiles, and began to acquire quite the collection.

His college years at Oswego State University left him with a bachelor’s degree in biology and an internship in the reptile house at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. You will actually still find most of his handy work up and running there! He now works at Cornell University, but reptiles are still his passion.

Christina Costa was born and raised in Buffalo NY and is relatively new to the reptile scene. Her first introduction to reptiles was catching garter snakes as a child with her father. She became fascinated with snakes and has since owned several.

Also a biology graduate, she took a job at Bristol Myers Squibb and that’s where she met Rob. The two of them confessed their love for the world of Herpetology and the rest was history! After leaving Cornell University to complete her Master's degree, she is now an eighth grade science teacher and loving every minute of it!

Absolutely Reptacular, Inc. was conceived in 2006 and we now distribute reptiles to pet stores in the Syracuse and Cortland areas, and also bring our reptile crew to birthday parties and various events to educate children and the public about the world of reptiles.
