Our Guarantee
We guarantee that that all of our animals are 100% healthy. All animals will have no physical signs of illness. We are not able to place a longer term guarantee on our animals because we have no way of controlling the husbandry practices of others. For example, if you house a ball python without proper heat levels and type they can quickly develop respiratory infection. If you properly acclimate and care for your new animal, they should do excellent for you.
When you purchase an animal form us, you also received a lifetime resource of advice. If you are ever having any trouble with any animals you receive from us, please contact us and let us help you. We take great pride in the quality of our animals and customer’s satisfaction.
Shipping
Fed Ex Overnight shipping is used and live delivery is guaranteed. Shipping is a flat $65 fee.. In colder months, heat packs are also used if needed. In warmer months, cool packs will be used to keep the animals from overheating. Most animals are packaged individually in deli style containers with air holes but larger orders may require us to put animals together in order to fit as many animals in a box and still keep the shipping cost down. Your package usually arrives the following morning before noon and someone must be present at the address to sign for the package. Shipments can be sent where you work or also can be held at your local FedEx location. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the usual shipping days.
Once you receive your shipment, please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately. If there are any losses or concerns with your order you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. If an animal arrives dead, you must send a photo via email. Cash refunds are not given, but we do replace the animal at no charge. If an animals needs to be replaced, and the exact animal is not available, you can replace the animal with a similar animal that has the same value or you can receive credit towards a different animal or future purchase.
Holds & Payment Plans
If there is an animals that you would like to purchase but need additional time to pay for this animal, we offer payment plans. In order to put an animal on hold a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. We cannot hold animals without a deposit. Once a deposit is placed on an animal, you can make monthly payments until the animal is completely paid for. The duration of the payment plan is determined by the value of the purchase. Once the animal(s) are paid in full, shipping arrangements will be made.
Please note that deposits and payments are non-refundable unless an animal gets sick or dies while still in our care and we have no similar animal we can replace it with. We are flexible with the duration of our payment plans and realized that life happens, setbacks can occur, and a customer can't always complete the purchase in the agreed upon length of time. If this occurs, please contact us and let us know. If it takes an extra couple weeks to finish a payment plan we are generally happy to work with you. However, we cannot keep an animal on hold indefinitely. We will work with you as much as possible in these situations, but we do reserve the right to cancel a payment plan completely 30 days after a set payment was to be made. Payment Methods
There are 5 different methods of payment. All payments must clear before shipping can occur.
1. A Postal Money Order for the total amount including shipping can be sent to our address (please contact us for this option). Along with the payment, please enclose a note containing your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL, and your ORDER. We will contact you within once payment clears so we can set up a shipping date.
2. PAYPAL can also be used for payment. This is a very user-friendly, quick way to make online payments. Payments can be made to absolutelyreptacular@gmail.com
3. Personal Checks can be sent to our address (please contact us for this option). Along with the payment, please enclose a note containing your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL, and your ORDER. We will contact you within once payment clears so we can set up a shipping date.
4. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Please call us if you want to use this method as we need to get your information over the phone. Never put this information in an email. We can also accept credit card payments using our safe, secure online shopping cart.
